When the raw material arrives to the customer contained in 25 Kgs bags and not in Big Bags, an emptying station is a fast and simple way to put the powders in the process, whilst controlling the dust generation.
GIMAT designs and builds loading hoppers available on different sizes (with optional dust extraction system).
Depending on the type of powder to be processed, a bag emptying station can be equipped of various flow improvers, as for example flat bottom extractors also known as flat bottom agitators.
