Il se compose d\u2019un h\u00e9lico\u00efde qui, en tournant sur son propre axe, exerce une composante de pouss\u00e9e axiale sur le mat\u00e9riau contenu dans le tuyau transporteur.<\/p>\n<p>Quels sont les principaux avantages des vis de transfert pour la manutention de poudres et pulv\u00e9rulents?<br \/>\n\u2022 D\u00e9bits \u00e9lev\u00e9s<br \/>\n\u2022 R\u00e9pondent \u00e0 des types de transport horizontaux, inclin\u00e9s et \u00e9galement verticaux (ascenseur)<br \/>\n\u2022 Chargement et d\u00e9chargement en n\u2019importe quel point du parcours<br \/>\n\u2022 Autoportant entre fabrication de convoyeurs \u00e0 vis<\/h2>\n<p>La construction est en acier inoxydable 304 ou 316, sur demande en acier au carbone peint.<br \/>\nLes convoyeurs \u00e0 vis d\u2019alimentation GIMAT sont fabriqu\u00e9s selon les sp\u00e9cifications du client (\u00e0 titre indicatif uniquement, consulter le tableau ci-dessous pour identifier les mod\u00e8les qui peuvent \u00eatre produits) avec un soin et une attention tout particuliers afin de prot\u00e9ger contre les poudres les paliers des groupes de but\u00e9e et d&#8217;entra\u00eenement et le support interm\u00e9diaire, s&#8217;il est pr\u00e9sent, dans le cas de convoyeurs de plus de 4-5 m de long.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce contexte, GIMAT a \u00e9tudi\u00e9, pour les groupes des paliers de but\u00e9e et d&#8217;entra\u00eenement, un syst\u00e8me d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 aux poudres sp\u00e9ciale avec garniture graissable et r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration automatique des jeux qui se cr\u00e9ent pendant le fonctionnement.<\/p>\n<p>De cette mani\u00e8re, la garniture fonctionne toujours de mani\u00e8re optimale, en garantissant une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 parfaite sur l&#8217;arbre tournant de la vis.<\/p>\n<p>On \u00e9vite de cette mani\u00e8re les fr\u00e9quents r\u00e9glages manuels qui vont de pair avec les syst\u00e8mes d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 traditionnels, en m\u00eame temps que les fastidieuses et dangereuses fuites de poudres, qui limitent la dur\u00e9e de vie des paliers eux-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n<p>Le support interm\u00e9diaire est constitu\u00e9 d\u2019un mat\u00e9riau autolubrifiant sp\u00e9cial poss\u00e9dant une approbation de la part de l\u2019organisme FDA en vue du contact avec les aliments et \u00e9quip\u00e9 de joints frontaux, avec pr\u00e9-chargement,
