Le premier repr\u00e9sente une solution de dosage \u00e9conomique, facile \u00e0 entretenir et rapidement int\u00e9grable (ou supprimable). Un doseur pond\u00e9ral est un syst\u00e8me par perte de poids, auto-calibrant, qui n&#8217;a pas besoin de r\u00e9glage manuel. Le dosage en continu se caract\u00e9rise par le fait de distribuer une quantit\u00e9 du produit au cours d\u2019une unit\u00e9 de temps: kg\/h.<\/p>\n<p>Sur un laps de temps donn\u00e9, le doseur discontinu doit par contre d\u00e9charger une quantit\u00e9 fixe de produit long, \u00e0 concurrence d\u2019une s\u00e9rie cons\u00e9cutive de cycles programmables. Selon le type de produit et d\u2019application, on peut opter pour un groupe de dosage avec spirale flexible ou pour une spirale de dosage avec arbre central (vis sans fin). En faisant varier la vitesse de rotation de la spirale et de la vis sans fin, on obtient une variation correspondante du d\u00e9bit\u00a0: la pr\u00e9cision obtenue est par cons\u00e9quent volum\u00e9trique.<\/p>\n<p>Le contr\u00f4le de la vitesse peut \u00eatre obtenu avec des motor\u00e9ducteurs contr\u00f4l\u00e9s par inverseur ou, plus rarement, par des variateurs hydrostatiques ou m\u00e9caniques.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class='av-flex-placeholder'><\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-av_one_half-d0a895d6913608badfacb6e46387d8fd\">\n.flex_column.av-av_one_half-d0a895d6913608badfacb6e46387d8fd{\npadding:15px 15px 15px 15px;\nbackground-color:#4ecac2;\n}\n<\/style>\n<div  class='flex_column av-av_one_half-d0a895d6913608badfacb6e46387d8fd av_one_half  avia-builder-el-3  el_after_av_one_half  el_before_av_one_half  flex_column_table_cell av-equal-height-column av-align-top  column-top-margin'     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-lh6gce3c-b5d17fa6210429eaaa48685fda9cf196 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h2>Doseurs pond\u00e9ral<\/h2>\n<p>Au cours des op\u00e9rations de pesage, les cellules de chargement sont utilis\u00e9es pour d\u00e9tecter la variation du poids du produit dos\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le tableau \u00e9lectrique d\u2019automatisation est ins\u00e9r\u00e9 un microprocesseur de pesage qui, par le biais de signaux provenant des cellules, g\u00e8re correctement la vitesse de rotation de la spirale.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cas d\u2019un dosage continu, le r\u00e9glage de la vitesse est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 automatiquement avec une commande PID, via un variateur vectoriel ou l\u2019actionnement du moteur sans balais.<\/p>\n<p>Selon la configuration, les programmeurs de dosage ou les logiciels d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s g\u00e8rent des produits et des formules multiples, aussi bien sous la forme d\u2019une augmentation que d\u2019une perte de poids.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper. le dosage de poudres et granul\u00e9s par vibration; il conviennent tout particuli\u00e8rement pour les produits en vrac fragiles ou abrasifs, qui peuvent \u00eatre endommag\u00e9s si ils sont transport\u00e9es par un convoyeur \u00e0 vis.
