Dans les cas o\u00f9 un m\u00e9lange particuli\u00e8rement soigneux entre l\u2019unit\u00e9 de dosage \u00e0 plusieurs composants et le syst\u00e8me de transport s\u2019av\u00e8re n\u00e9cessaire, on interpose une unit\u00e9 de m\u00e9lange de poudres en continu commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9e m\u00e9langeur \u00e0 palettes.<\/p>\n<p>Nos m\u00e9langeurs continus \u00e0 pales r\u00e9pondent aux besoins de stockage, dosage, m\u00e9lange et convoyage :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Stockage de poudres<\/strong>: pour 2 ou 3 mat\u00e9riaux en poudre, granul\u00e9 ou broy\u00e9 et volum\u00e9tries de stockage en fonction des exigences individuelles. Il est \u00e9galement possible de d\u00e9marrer le stockage directement depuis le big bag. Les unit\u00e9s de stockage individuelles, y compris les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gimatengineering.com\/fr\/videur-de-big-bags\/\">stations de vidange de big bags<\/a>, peuvent \u00eatre plac\u00e9es sur des cellules de chargement, afin d\u2019en contr\u00f4ler le contenu instantan\u00e9ment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dosage volum\u00e9trique ou gravim\u00e9trique en continu:<\/strong> les spirales ou vis de dosage, une pour chaque produit \u00e0 doser, sont entra\u00een\u00e9es par des motor\u00e9ducteurs avec des moteurs servoventil\u00e9s, pilot\u00e9s par des onduleurs ou des moteurs sans balais avec des actionnements d\u00e9di\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li><strong>M\u00e9lange et transfert de poudres<\/strong>: avec convoyeur flexible \u00e0 vis qui pr\u00e9l\u00e8ve les produits d\u00e9j\u00e0 dos\u00e9s et les m\u00e9lange au cours du transport, du pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement et jusqu\u2019au d\u00e9chargement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>M\u00e9langeurs \u00e0 palettes<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019unit\u00e9 est compos\u00e9e d\u2019une s\u00e9rie de pales tournantes orientables pour m\u00e9langer les produits, pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment dos\u00e9s \u00e0 la bouche de chargement, pendant le transport horizontal vers le convoyeur flexible avec fonction d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9vateur.<\/p>\n<p>Le produit pr\u00e9-m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du m\u00e9langeur \u00e0 palettes sera davantage homog\u00e9n\u00e9is\u00e9 au cours du convoyage jusqu\u2019\u00e0 destination, \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du convoyeur \u00e0 vis.
