Des dimensions et des capacit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes peuvent \u00e9galement fournies.<\/p>\n<p>Des t\u00f4les sp\u00e9cialement nervur\u00e9es et d&#8217;une \u00e9paisseur ad\u00e9quate sont utilis\u00e9es afin de mieux r\u00e9sister aux contraintes qui se manifestent pendant le m\u00e9lange, qui se fait rapidement et de mani\u00e8re homog\u00e8ne gr\u00e2ce au touret sp\u00e9cial \u00e0 quatre voies avec quatre flux transversaux.<\/p>\n<p>La transmission directe, par un motor\u00e9ducteur \u00e0 couple conique int\u00e9gr\u00e9e avec un joint \u00e9lastique d\u2019accouplement garantit des performances \u00e9lev\u00e9es de l\u2019ensemble de la cha\u00eene cin\u00e9matique et un fonctionnement extr\u00eamement fluide.<\/p>\n<p>Le joint ins\u00e9r\u00e9 permet de<strong> r\u00e9duire les vibrations et de limiter la charge de choc maximum<\/strong>, en cr\u00e9ant \u00e0 tous les effets un v\u00e9ritable amortisseur pour mouvement rotatif.<\/p>\n<p>Le motor\u00e9ducteur est contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par un onduleur vectoriel, afin de permettre un d\u00e9marrage progressif du m\u00e9langeur, m\u00eame \u00e0 pleine charge, et d\u2019en r\u00e9gler la vitesse de rotation en fonction du pourcentage de remplissage et du type de m\u00e9langes.<\/p>\n<p>Les supports du ruban de m\u00e9lange sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s avec des paliers oscillants mont\u00e9s sur des plaques de grande \u00e9paisseur pr\u00e9vues \u00e0 cet effet, r\u00e9glables en hauteur, afin de mieux trouver la parfaite plan\u00e9it\u00e9 entre le rotor (touret) et la cuve de m\u00e9lange et de minimiser le jeu entre les parties statiques et rotatives. De cette mani\u00e8re, on augmente aussi l\u2019efficience du m\u00e9lange et on minimise les r\u00e9sidus de produit lors de la vidange.<\/p>\n<p>Les joints pour poudres sur les t\u00eates sont con\u00e7us pour \u00eatre facilement et rapidement remplac\u00e9s par l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur \u00e0 cause d\u2019une usure ou d\u2019un nettoyage en cas de changements fr\u00e9quents du produit \u00e0 m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>On a recours \u00e0 des joints rotatifs sp\u00e9ciaux en \u00e9lastom\u00e8re sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la directive MOCA 1935\/2004, qui pr\u00e9sentent, d&#8217;une part, l&#8217;avantage li\u00e9 aux garnitures traditionnelles, de pouvoir \u00eatre facilement remplac\u00e9es et enroul\u00e9es autour de l&#8217;arbre rotatif, mais qui, d&#8217;autre part, ne se d\u00e9forment pas et ne s&#8217;effilochent pas comme les garnitures elles-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n<p>Cela \u00e9vite le risque de polluer le m\u00e9lange par des corps \u00e9trangers et on limite les r\u00e9glages fr\u00e9quents qui s\u2019imposent dans le cas des garnitures lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de r\u00e9tablir l\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 sur l\u2019arbre tournant.<\/p>\n<p>Le couvercle sup\u00e9rieur est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur demande du client et est \u00e9quip\u00e9 de trappes pour l&#8217;inspection et le chargement des produits.<\/p>\n<p>La vidange se fait de mani\u00e8re centrale, par le biais d&#8217;un orifice de d\u00e9chargement \u00e0 commande manuelle ou
