Autoclose: 1 -->\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-g951w-c7be357eb197b1e0f6028f124e78a3b9\">\n.flex_column.av-g951w-c7be357eb197b1e0f6028f124e78a3b9{\nborder-radius:0px 0px 0px 0px;\npadding:0px 0px 0px 0px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<div  class='flex_column av-g951w-c7be357eb197b1e0f6028f124e78a3b9 av_one_full  avia-builder-el-2  el_after_av_one_full  el_before_av_one_full  first flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding  column-top-margin'     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-key2rhjl-f46ccfb7f8dbf7186e825066553c5830 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Les dessacheuses, <strong>fixes ou sur roues<\/strong>, sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es en <strong>acier inoxydable AISI 304 ou 316<\/strong> avec des traitements de surface appropri\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les tr\u00e9mies de stockage disposent d&#8217;un volume compris entre 200 et 1000 litres et peuvent \u00eatre fournis avec des hottes pour le raccordement au syst\u00e8me d&#8217;aspiration des poussi\u00e8res du client.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la poussi\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e lors de la vidange des sacs<em>, <\/em>les hottes peuvent disposer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>d&#8217;un syst\u00e8me d&#8217;aspiration et de filtration avec nettoyage de la boite \u00e0 gants<\/li>\n<li>cartouches filtrantes nettoye\u00e9s par des injections d&#8217;air comprim\u00e9 \u00e0 contrecourant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les tr\u00e9mies de vidange des sacs sont con\u00e7ues pour \u00eatre connect\u00e9es aux installations de transport m\u00e9canique ou pneumatique GIMAT pour poudres et granul\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>On a pr\u00e9vu la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019ins\u00e9rer des accessoires permettant de faciliter l\u2019\u00e9coulement des mat\u00e9riaux contenus \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et d\u2019en contr\u00f4ler le niveau de mani\u00e8re automatique :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c9motteurs m\u00e9caniques, disponibles en diff\u00e9rentes configurations<\/li>\n<li>Vibrateurs \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 masses excentriques r\u00e9glables<\/li>\n<li>Vibreurs ou marteaux-piqueurs<\/li>\n<li>Extracteurs centrifuges \u00e0 raclage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Contr\u00f4leurs de niveau automatiques<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>indicateurs de niveau \u00e0 h\u00e9lice rotative,<\/li>\n<li>capteurs capacitifs,<\/li>\n<li>indicateurs de niveau \u00e0 membrane (et d\u2019autres types plus sp\u00e9cifiques).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En plus des syst\u00e8mes brise-sacs manuels sous la version standard, il existe de nombreuses versions de tr\u00e9mies brise-sacs que Gimat \u00e9tudie et r\u00e9alise d&#8217;une fois \u00e0 l&#8217;autre afin de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences sp\u00e9cifiques des clients.<\/p>\n<h2>TR\u00c9MIES DE STOCKAGE SP\u00c9CIALES<\/h2>\n<p>Pour la manipulation de produits toxiques ou dangereux, la dessacheuse avec hotte aspirante est \u00e9galement \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&#8217;une porte \u00e9tanche avec bo\u00eete \u00e0 gants, pour la protection de l&#8217;op\u00e9rateur et le confinement du produit. L&#8217;op\u00e9rateur introduit le sac entier en ouvrant le portillon lat\u00e9ral avec ressorts \u00e0 gaz, qui est ensuite referm\u00e9. Le sac est ensuite plac\u00e9 dans la cabine de d\u00e9coupe des sacs en utilisant les gants pr\u00e9vus \u00e0 cet effet et, \u00e0 l\u2019aide du kit de coupe (cutter) on proc\u00e8de \u00e0 l\u2019ouverture et au d\u00e9versement du sac en son sein alors que le filtre d&#8217;aspiration est allum\u00e9 pour \u00e9viter les nuages de poussi\u00e8re. Une fois l&#8217;espace de r\u00e9tention d\u00e9poudr\u00e9, un nouveau sac est ins\u00e9r\u00e9. Le sac vide peut \u00eatre \u00e9ject\u00e9 soit lat\u00e9ralement (du c\u00f4t\u00e9 oppos\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;entr\u00e9e du sac) en r\u00e9coltant les sacs \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur d&#8217;un conteneur flexible sp\u00e9cial, soit par le portillon de chargement. La sortie de l\u2019air filtr\u00e9 par le ventilateur centrifuge doit, si n\u00e9cessaire, \u00eatre encore dirig\u00e9e vers l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur et passer par un filtre HEPA
