On r\u00e9alise des solutions de stockage enti\u00e8rement cylindriques, en optimisant les volumes par rapport aux r\u00e9servoirs traditionnels cylindro-coniques avec des angles de 45\u00b0 \u00e0 60\u00b0.<\/li>\n<li>Lorsqu\u2019il est n\u00e9cessaire de d\u00e9charger le contenu du r\u00e9servoir avec un dosage contr\u00f4l\u00e9, en agissant sur la vitesse du moteur de l\u2019extracteur centrifuge avec un variateur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Caract\u00e9ristiques techniques et fonctionnement<\/h2>\n<p>Le d\u00e9chargement s\u2019effectue lat\u00e9ralement de mani\u00e8re rapide, \u00e0 travers une pale conique avec section \u00e0 r\u00e9sistance uniforme et avec des lamelles de r\u00e9glage anti-usure.<br \/>\nLa conformation particuli\u00e8re de la pale permet de vider compl\u00e8tement le contenu du r\u00e9servoir en laissant un r\u00e9sidu minimum, ce qui en fait un dispositif particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 dans l\u2019industrie alimentaire et, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, dans toutes les applications o\u00f9 le probl\u00e8me de la propret\u00e9 est particuli\u00e8rement critique.<br \/>\nLes diam\u00e8tres disponibles sont les diam\u00e8tres nominaux \u03a6 400-600-800-1000-1200-1400-1600 mm, avec des puissances indicatives entre 0,37 kW et 9.2 kW et des vitesses de rotation variables.
